A lovely pumpkin soup for Halloween !
1cup chopped pumpkin-microwave cooked for 3 mins
1 tsp butter
salt to taste
Take the chopped pumpkin and microwave it for 3 mins. Remove, cool and puree.
Heat 1tsp butter in a separate pan and add crushed garlic pods to it. Let them fry until they turn dark brown; add the pureed pumpkin. When it comes to a boil(before it looses colour) add the milk. Remove from fire and serve with pepper powder. You could add a little cream on top but that’s just optional.
