Saturday breakfast was special as I tried some Tuna sandwich that my neighbour taught me. Taking some chopped cabbage(both green and purple), carrots and capsicum I added some mayo to it to help hold the chopped veggies together. She referred to these three veggies as the three C’s so as to remember not to miss any of them. How sweet is that. Then I layered this onto a toast topped with canned tuna in brine….turned out to be a lovely sandwich !
