Some more Indian prints. These are primarily from Southern (kalamkaris) and Western India(daboo and other Rajastani and Gujrati hand dyed fabric). Since these are all vegetables dies, they run colour in the first wash…need to be treated before use.They are very soft to wear during the hot summer months in India and are usually sold as dress material locally. Since these are very small pieces, some just fat eighths, I will mix and match them with other fabric or use them to make a dozen pouches 🙂
