Some more goodies from my quilting friends! Oh! How I love them and the fabric they bring me. Couple of these are odd cuts from from a workshop I attended last autumn and they have made it to my cupboard now…
Trust my fabric obsessed friends to run away with all remaining scraps after the workshop. How I love fighting with them for fabric 🙂 only to be later returned with extra fabric ha ha ha

The workshop was not just about learning but a lovely get together with friends. Shruti of course was a wonderful teacher and Kausalya a great host…with that the other friends and participants had a gala time.
A long awaited bed spread gift for Kausalya from Prajakta and me.

This is why I love quilt meets and workshops. Look at the lovely goodies my friends gave me: designer fabric, lovely Indian prints in pink and peach and cut strips for a tote!
That wasn’t all; this is a tote gifted to me by my friend and Tote Guru, Kausalya at whose Studio KaPa we had the the workshop. Almost all of this fabric has been gifted to me to try out totes!
Now I really don’t have an excuse to shy away from making a tote 🙂

Some more Indian prints. I just love the vibrancy of these pieces of fabric and the sheer variety that exists here in India.
No plan to use them yet …
